Our stay here was lovely, good base for exploring Auckland. Good-sized rooms and very helpful stuff - we greatly enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was so close to public transport and a quiet area. It also was to centre of Auckland.

The room was not being cleaned very well. Even when we moved in, it was not quite clean in the room.

The staff here were amazing and super friendly, plus we got to check in early which was a nice bonus. This place is in a fantastic spot—really close to the main part of the city, and you can easily walk to the tennis center, Queen Street, and bus stops. 🏙️
